Inspired by travel, art, textures and light, Charlie Greig has created a style of her own — a style of modern elegance.

 

Having been involved in the world of fashion design, interior design and project management for over thirty years, Charlie has been asked to commission projects, new build and refurbishment, for the rich and famous. From the highly ornate to the sleek and modern, Charlie designs extraordinary properties that draw from all the senses to deliver spaces which are not only beautiful and elaborate but also comfortable and timeless.

 

Charlie started her creative career in the 1980’s representing London’s top British fashions designers for clients, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman. A natural progression was for her to launch her own fashion label Sub- Couture.

 

Extensive travel around the world stimulated her interest in property development and interior design, which has become her passion for the last 20 years. Unlike other designers she opted for working on site learning the business from the ground up. This has enabled her to understand the complete development process from acquisition to delivery.

 

In 2010 her passion for innovation and sustainability led her to design two groundbreaking off-the-shelf housing solutions Cub and PODPASSIV for global housing needs which were not only stunning to look at but worked with the environment rather than against it.

 

Charlie lets instinct guide her work; she is able to visualize the end result from the onset. She prides herself on being able to create a home that utilises natural light, uses space efficiently, flows well and is energy efficient to run.

 

With a passion to deliver excellence, Charlie undertakes projects that will push the boundaries, constantly surprise and leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.
